The Aggregate Materials scale is supported with electronic load cells with a capacity of 15 ton. of aggregate material (10 yd³) with pneumatic gates electric vibrator of 0.5 hp for eviction of bonded materials in to two sections for separation of aggregate materials.

60 tons cylindrical cement silo. 65 yd³ capacity with man step gate, access ladder to the top as well as an internal scale for maintenance and atmospheric venting system.

DEOS 70

24” wide aggregate conveyor belt and 10 HP motor reducer. Three layered rubber of 3/16 top 1/8 bottom with two textile layers.

Cement scale with 2.5 tons capacity. with pneumatic aeration system and an 8” diameter pneumatic butterfly gate, supported with load cells 2 tons capacity (3).

Electric motors fully enclosed and fan cooled.

5 HP air compressor. And 300 liters tank.

Force board with MCA contactors. Siemens control transformer, and motor guards built into the dosing plant, all the force wiring is heavy duty, and it is delivered assembled.

DRY BATCH PLANT

Pneumatic control equipment is divided into two boards strategically placed in the requirement zones, high pressurized pipe, in main lines. High density polyurethane in distribution of the equipment.

A Water scale with a capacity of 2000 liters and a 3” water pump of Ø 5 hp for dosage load.

1 HP Water pump for filling truck service tank.

WET BATCH PLANT

Control panel with electronic indicators and push buttons to open gates, for starting engines separated from the plant by means of cable control (25 meters).

This dosing plant is manufactured in A-36 steel under Mexican quality standards surpassing those demanded by our competitors in the USA.
